5. Service Provisioning
Services are generally provisioned automatically or within a reasonable period after payment has been successfully received.
Provisioning may be delayed where:
- Payment verification is required
- Fraud screening is triggered
- Manual configuration is necessary
- Infrastructure is temporarily unavailable
- Additional information is required from the customer
An order does not guarantee acceptance. We may reject or cancel an order where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, availability, or legal compliance.
6. Payments
You agree to pay all charges associated with the services you purchase.
